⭐ 1 Star – Received completely different product, refused proper refund I ordered a pair of “AI glasses” from this company after seeing them advertised online. What I received was completely different — just a cheap pair of sunglasses with none of the features or functionality described. When I contacted customer service, I was told that products are shipped “at random” as part of their process. This was very concerning, as it means customers are not actually receiving what they order. I requested a refund and was offered $5 on a $60 purchase. After declining, they reduced the offer to $4, which felt quite dismissive given the situation. At no point was a proper resolution offered (such as a full refund or a prepaid return option). This experience has been very disappointing. I would strongly recommend others proceed with caution before purchasing, as the product received may not match what is advertised.
