Nice and helpful customer service…
I placed an order for end of the school year shirts. When I didn’t receive them in time I was originally told to refuse shipment and a refund would be issued. I did refuse the shipment however the refund was never issued. When I mentioned this on a Facebook post, a customer service representative took care of it and issued me a full refund. I was sad not to have product but appreciated the customer service representative making it right. I know now to allow some extra time on my orders in the future…just in case.
