Purchased 2 12v, 100Ah group 31 size for TM

Purchased 2 12v, 100Ah deep cycle batts to use for a 70lb thrust TM and after about 4 cycles the batts were very uneven in voltage so I paralleled them before and after charging with a 2x10amp NOCO charger specific to LiFePO4. On the very next outing, the trolling motor stopped (Minn Kota Ultrex) and one batt showed 12.7v, the other 11.0v. No warranty consideration was ever given and no customer support rep wanted to talk about it. I purchased another new batt of the same PN, installed and using the same care in balancing and usage, the oldest batt caved in-with 18 very conservative cycles. and both showed an equal 12.77v after charging the morning I left. 20 min into fishing, set at 2.5 power, the TM stopped. When I got back to my truck 11 miles away to get fluke meter, I found 1 batt at 12.6v and 1 at 1.34v. I followed instructions of paralleling to reset BMS, 3 different chargers with no success. Contacted customer support and 2 days with no response. Like an idiot, I purchased 2 new TM series Smart batts and until I can use and verify, I'd recommend purchasing the higher end Dakota Lithium or other High-end batt. No amount of money savings is worth needing the batteries to do their job when on the water and as I told the rep, they work great as long as the boat is on the trailer. Proceed with caution on these, the warranty doesn't seem to apply.
