sorry to say that my parcel arrived singapore on 12th Aug to city-link arriving facility but till 18th Aug no one delivered the parcel and i tried to call 63443377 minimum 30 to 40 times during office hour but no one is answering. who will be responsible for any damage of my food product. seeks your kind help to resolve thi issue.
