Hi I received my order this evening. The status of the box was like that. See the attached. Almost the box was opened. When I checked my order, that was not the bag you made videos and demonstrated about the look and function. Outside, there was no round marked metal around the zip; there was no two zips as shown in your video, but only one zip in front. Inside, there were no buttons to secure the eyeglasses. Furthermore, there were no secure places for pens, as your video showed. Is this the way your business works?! Show something and deliver something else?! I am very disappointed with the way my order was handled. Do you have any explanations why you sent me something which is different from what you claimed and showed us on your website and clips?!
