still haven't receive refund after 3 months. remember the clothing is poor quality, ie. thin polyester fabric, the print quality is very poor, and the image is pixelated unlike the imagery on the website. very very disappointed. and out of pocket.
I dont understand why people give RocoCity a good review for quality. The quality is so low compared to my expectations. The actual garments I received - tops and shorts - are thin, polyester material and a low resolution print (pixelated). The images on their website look embroidered, detailed and the cloth a good thickness. Their web quality statements are misleading. RC are based in China so itz expensive to return the goods, and getting the promised refund has not been received (now six weeks old ). Frustrating and wasting my time. RocoCity - not good. I will remove this review when you have refunded me as agreed. Meanwhile, I will not recommend you to others
Disappointing product. Order in the UK. Two men's tops and one shorts ordered. I received the goods 14 days from order/payment date. The clothes I ordered are a poor quality print, low res and the image is pixelated. The images online look 100% better than actual which looks embroidered but it isn't. They are printed on nylon cloth. I have asked for a returns note and a refund. I will confirm later if this was received.
