Unprofessional and Unreliable - Avoid at All Costs
I “bought” an item from their website which was listed at £0. I went through the whole checkout process, but of course they never sent it. Instead, after ages, they just said it was a “mistake” on their site and left it at that. Communication with them is absolutely awful – if they reply at all, it takes them weeks. Overall, a complete joke of a company. /reply, Discount code is not compensation. Avoid this company.
