**Avoid this company**! I paid an extra $35.64 for rush service because I needed a custom shirt for a conference, yet the promised delivery date came and went. When I called, I was told the package had only left their facility that day, despite it supposedly being delivered that day. It certainly felt like the “rush” service I paid for was never actually rushed. Instead of taking responsibility and issuing a full refund for failing to meet the agreed delivery date, customer service tried to negotiate partial refunds and then told me my only options were to keep a product that had missed its purpose or return it and wait for a refund. I paid immediately and honored my end of the agreement; they didn’t honor theirs.
