Bond . . . Contractor Bond
Last week my business, General Contractors & Roofing LLC, was put in a bind by the City of Cleveland. Normally we could just have a bond emailed to the permit department . . . but nooooooo . . . they wanted a notarized hard copy and I had to have the project built by Friday. I needed to find a local company. With a Google search, the Brunswick Companies popped up near the top of the first page. I called and got connected to Kelley at the front desk who immediately connected me to Kelley Wiser a Sr, Account Exec. Kelley completely understood my dilemma and was familiar with exactly what I needed for Cleveland. I filled out the documentation Kelley/Brunswick needed, emailed it back, got approved, and picked up the bond the following morning. I believe I told Kelley that I know that I will need other bonds for other cities in the future and NOW I have a local business that I will use and recommend. Thank you!
