Do Not Trust Anbernic – False EU Warehouse, Refusal to Refund Full Amount
Ordered a handheld from their supposed EU warehouse. After payment, they claimed the EU warehouse can’t deliver to Finland and offered shipment from China instead. Declined and asked for a refund. They refunded less than I paid, making bogus excuses about exchange rates and USD pricing. Once I pointed out that their excuses violate consumer protection law, they suddenly stopped replying to emails entirely — and of course, the missing ~5€ was never returned. It’s fair to assume there is no EU warehouse, this is just a bait-and-switch scam to funnel European customers onto slower, riskier China shipments and cheat them out of their money. Failed legal obligations, ignored consumer rights, and dishonest excuses. Avoid like a plaque.
