Quick and Simple, and Delightful
I had the unfortunate experience of getting my sunglasses stolen, and I reached out to customer service to get them replaced through the lifetime warranty. I sent off an email around 4 PM, not expecting a reply before tomorrow morning before 9 AM. I was pleasantly surprised and floored when I received an email back around 6 PM, the same day, with a discount code for the new pair!! Brittany was the one who helped me, she was very sweet and to the point, even adding some adorable GIFs to the email. I love the sunglasses, and the company. Highly recommend for great sunglasses, and even better customer service!!
