I had booked the tickets from Goa to Cochin via Bangalore on Aug 6 th , few days ago I received email saying the flight has to be changed, I agreed to the change but later I received an email saying for the one of the flight the seats are not confirmed.There has been no news thereafter and I would like to get full refund for the tickets puechased
