HomeBridge exceeded our expectations
A few years ago, we bought our first house and wanted some decent furniture. We tried getting part of it from Alibaba at first, but the quality was awful and not durable at all — we were almost ready to replace it straight away. Really disappointing.Then a friend recommended HomeBridge. Before coming to China, we had a few video calls with our project manager, Joe, to sort out the Furniture Tour — which cities to visit, which factories to see, and our style and material preferences. By the time we got there, everything was nicely organised.The Furniture Tour only lasted two days, but Joe took us to about 10 showrooms and factories, and we pretty much finalised all our orders on the spot. We could touch the fabrics, check the wood and leather, and confirm every little detail — nothing like buying online.After we got back to the UK, HomeBridge kept in touch regularly, making sure materials, colours, and shipping were all exactly right.The whole process was smooth, easy, and actually quite fun. We’re really grateful to HomeBridge, especially Joe, for making our first house feel like a proper home!
