The worst customer service i have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. I ordered an item which they lost and they have refused to assist in refunding my money, of which a customer service rep abruptly ended the call when I stated that i needed a document proving my item was lost. They will lose your item and be non chalant about it. Their customer service reps are also notoriously difficult to get a hold of. 0/10 would not recommend 👎🏽
