Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with an online store. I ordered and paid for products from Oopbuy, assuming (as any normal customer would) that the items would be shipped directly to me. After the payment, the whole situation turned into a complete mess. First, I started receiving confusing emails from them, only to find out that Oopbuy doesn’t actually stock the products — they order them from another supplier and have them delivered to their own warehouse first. After waiting for days with no clear information, I discovered that my products had been sitting in their warehouse for over 10 days without any notice or update from them. Then came the shock: they asked me to pay an additional shipping fee of over €30, which is more than the value of the products themselves. This was never clearly stated before purchase. When I requested a refund, they refused — claiming it was somehow my fault, even though I was never informed of this ridiculous system. In the end, they kept my money and provided nothing in return. Unprofessional, misleading, and dishonest business practice. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Oopbuy — they take your payment first, make up extra charges later, and refuse refunds when you call them out.
