Im reaching out to CHUWI THROUGH EBay. All my messages. Good day! I purchased my laptop in September of 2024 on EBay. What is my warranty status when I purchased laptop? Where is my warranty booklet? How long is the laptop warranty for. Im having problems with the keyboard. The key caps next to backspace. The number lock key is not working. Also when I press fn to turn number lock off/ on it doesn’t work. Im also having an issue the number 9 repeatedly repeats on all search bar setting. Google search bar any seat bar it shows up as 999999999999999999999999. There maybe a hardware or software issue. Also I need my product key reset or sent back to me when I purchase with product key. I also need to reinstall the product key back into the computer. I tried to upgrade the laptop and may have not updated What are you going to do about the product I purchased. You not giving me any resolution and I’m telling you and tying for my health. You are responding late. So what Im going to do is warn the public on google about this product brand CHUWI and report the product to consumer affairs it’s defective after 11 months not even a year. Send me another product Key? CHUWI REPLIED: Could you please send us the serial number of this laptop? it is on the back of the laptop. CHUWI REPLIED: Thank you for your reply, so did you re-install the Windows system by yourself? I sent the pictures of warning sign they didn’t give any resolution or quicker response. Just asking questions when you know it’s a motherboard issue.
