Help with fraudulent charge
There was a fraudulent charge from Templatemonster on my bank account. I contacted them to get help with this and they were very helpful. They verified that is was fraudulent as the name and contact email did not match mine. The charge was canceled and I was able to alert my bank. I appreciated the help and willingness to correct this issue. They were quick and professional.
