HORRIBLE SERVICE
I ordered this scooter for my son’s bday, I ordered it ahead of time. The package became lost in transit somehow and contacting the company is impossible. They never respond to messages emails or anything. FedEx told me to contact the shipper and have them report a lost package claim but the company does not respond. Poor customer service….. I still have NOT received my scooter or a refund
