Amazing Customer Service!!
My wife and I purchased two paddle boards together which have easily been our favourite purchase over the years. Our kids have loved growing up on them too!! Unfortunately mine developed a couple of leaks along the seam. So I reached out and connected with Brittany on the iRocker team! I was worried I wouldn’t apply for a warranty for the board, but Brittany made the system work for us! Did you know you have 3 years warranty on a seam leak?? Neither did I until Brittany saved the day and got me a full replacement!! Now I was really sad to part ways with a board full of memories, but Brittany was quick, detailed, and overall just a great human to work with. From start to finish was easy and clear. Now I’m waiting on a brand new Cruiser 7.0 to arrive shortly!! Thanks so much to Brittany and the iRocker crew!!
