I went to NTUC Toa Payoh HDB Hub on 24 Aug 2025 afternoon to buy some groceries. I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for your staff, Ms Hema. She provided me with excellent service during my visit. She guided me step by step on how to use my CDC vouchers, Healthy 365 vouchers and daily promotional vouchers patiently. I was able to complete my transaction smoothly and without any confusion. I am truly grateful for her assistance and hope that her efforts can be recognized.
