Helpful Service
I loved the ease of use, and also the agents are very helpful to prepare you for your trip! It was a late night, and we were missing a lot of gear for our trip, and they helped us to order as we couldn't, and got it delivered to the hotel. The company paid for the supplies first, and hadn't asked for repayment. I paid the company back as it's not their fault! The trip itself to Gulong Gorge was exciting and our family has made some of the best memories there. I do think there are a few things to be improved, but the overall experience and service was good. They've also taken into consideration my suggestions to provide a better experience for future guests!
