Flashforge Trade-In
Among the other brands, I chose Flashforge as my first 3D printer. Even back in 2022, other brands showed signs of controversy and criticisms (lack of innovations or a growing proprietary ecosystem ). Flashforge's 3D printers are becoming known as the best value for cost. (There's other brands that cost over $1k and still not have auto bed leveling.) Flashforge's recent trade-in program was a good step towards customer relations. I was able to trade in my old (first) model for a newer modern one. After submitting my trade-in request, customer service contacted me to verify some information. Within a couple of days, I got my trade-in approved with a shipping label. Flashforge has been providing good service and I feel confident remaining with them for a long time.
