I’m in the US and had to apply for a new British passport as mine had expired 34 years ago! The instructions that Jan at ukabroad gave me were precise and easy to follow. I think it would be easy to make a mistake and delay the process if doing it alone. But Jan helped me through the whole process with no delay and with clear communication.
