I was very skeptical to make a purchase due to people talking about scams everywhere. But they really came through. They were very thorough with their customer service. Very very helpful :) They even allowed me to make changes to the order a few days after I confirmed the order. As for the doll? Perfection. It did come with a slight air bubble near the neck but they sent me a video on how to fix it. I had to pull the silicone just a bit to release the air and now its like it was never there :) This doll is a complete work of art, a masterpiece :) Shedoll's craftsmanship is top tier. I cannot express this enough :) If you want to purchase a doll please go through Kanadoll :)
