Poor quality, zero customer service
Ordered a Xmas jumper, without checking reviews first 🤦♀️. Jumper arrived in a strange shape, I’d ordered XL and got this WIDE jumper, not bigger in length, just super wide. The quality was so poor, really thin printed material, not at all like the pictures. Am now trying to return but the company is ghosting me on the returns process. The jumper feels it was worth £5, so I definitely want my almost £30 back! Do not touch this company. Hoping they locate some customer service and refund my money soon.
