WOW. Amazing Customer Service
WOW. Simply an Amazing Company and easy to work with during a warranty claim. They work diligently in helping the customer out when in need. They back up their product and truly go the extra mile to make the customer happy. Their communication when working through a warranty claim was spot on. They not only made sure to stay in contact with me but helped me throughout every step of the way in making sure I was fully satisfied with my product. I highly recommend their product not just because it’s a great product, but having the peace of mind of knowing you have their full support is amazing. Don’t take my word for it and just keep reading all other reviews regarding their great customer service as I know I am not alone on this one. Our family is truly grateful for all of their help and support. Thank you Quictent, you are one of a kind.
