Not Worth It – Really Poor Support Experience
I honestly regret purchasing Dr.Fone. Everything seemed fine at first, but after a regular Windows update, the software suddenly stopped recognizing my computer — even though I was already logged in. It kept asking me to register the device again, which made no sense. The worst part? Their customer support is just terrible. I reached out for help and either got no reply or just copy-paste responses that didn’t address the issue at all. It felt like they didn’t even bother to read what I wrote. For something marketed as a premium tool, you'd expect at least basic support and a more reliable system. Unfortunately, I didn’t get either. Wouldn’t recommend it — especially if you’re expecting any kind of help when things go wrong.
