It's not going to solve your spam call problem.
1. Answer my requests for help. 2. Block spoofing calls. This tool might block calls from specific numbers after I notify it that a call is (another) spammer. But I can't tell, because the bad guys use other people's numbers to fool us into answering. If you try to reach them, they'll issue a case number, but nothing more.
