CAUTION!! Not Professional or Experts as advertised
CAUTION!!! Incompetent, Lack of Professional service and extortionate rates. Failed to identify the issues and continued to blame all other parties including Hosting and other parties. Not Customer focused or competent in dealing with Moodle Issues. Be Warned theY advertise as experts and professionals but they are certainly are not. We independently resolved the Moodle site issues (which were small issues) for our respective students after Bobcares made the situation worse. So disappointed and highly recommend all others to explore alternatives before considering paying these extortionate fees and putting your site, and business at risk!!!
