Outstanding Customer Service & Great Paddles! a great experience with…
We had a great experience with PickleballCentral! We ordered two paddles, and I absolutely loved mine right from the start. My husband wasn’t quite as happy with the paddle he chose, so he returned it and exchanged it for the same paddle I had. The customer service was outstanding! They made the exchange so easy, and he received his new paddle within a week. He is now 100% satisfied with his paddle, and we were both extremely impressed with the level of service we received. PickleballCentral truly went above and beyond to make sure he was happy with his purchase. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers. We would definitely order from them again!
