I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Niawigs. The way my return was handled shows a complete disregard for fairness and customer satisfaction. Despite the wig being labeled as the correct size, it did not fit properly. I communicated this issue clearly — sizing with wigs is not just about measurements; comfort and fit are subjective but essential. Unfortunately, this core issue was ignored in the response I received. To make matters worse, I followed all return procedures in good faith and paid out-of-pocket costs to send the item back. Yet, I was only refunded €91 — leaving me with a financial loss exceeding €70 after factoring in return shipping and taxes. Niawigs claimed the wig was resold and the item was “correct,” but that doesn’t address my actual experience as the customer. I’ve asked for: A detailed breakdown of how the €91 refund was calculated The remaining balance of €40.91 to be refunded Reimbursement for return shipping and taxes I paid These are not unreasonable requests. They reflect a basic standard of customer service that any reputable company should uphold. At this point, I cannot recommend Niawigs to others and will not be purchasing from them again.
