Nothing short of a minor miracle… Acquired successful e-commerce business in May of 2025. The numbers and performance figures were there, but several due diligence results made anything but an asset sale unwise (so as if starting from 0 eve though we were doing north of $1mm annually). So, less than 6-mo old llc and bank account, a 4th quarter looking large, that can put the trajectory of this company on an entirely new plane, and I can’t seem to get the resources that I need to enhance and accelerate this brand’s break out…. Until Everest… $40k… Funded in just over 36hrs… state-of-the-art marketing strategy and execution, elevated qa/qc, inventory reserves, compliance upgrade… this will make all the difference.
