I ordered 6 blouses; only 3 were in stock & they refused a refund. They offered 30% discount on 3 different blouses which was not honored. And I found the exact same blouses for one-fourth of the cost at Shein & other low-quality clothes stores. DO NOT RISK ORDERING FROM MOOYIUS (aka Nooius)!
I ordered 6 blouses over $300;about 3 weeks later had to ask for est. delivery; they said 3 are ‘in the mail’ and 3 temp not in stock (as if expected soon). After 2 more wks. they said 1 blouse ‘in the mail’ and I was offered 30% off if I would agree to re-order the last 2 out of stock instead of the refund I requested. I found 2 other blouses they just mailed, but did not honor the 30% discount as promised. Today is 8/30; it’s now 2 months since my original Jun 30 order & still don’t have it all. In the end they will apologize, promise delivery & offer discounts they don’t honor; you’ll be lucky if 1/2 your order is in stock; have to keep asking about delivery, and they will delay you as long as possible, making you think out-of-stock items will be in soon. Clothing is NOT high-quality, only so-so; way too high price, and you’ll be hard pressed to get any refund. I do NOT recommend this company at all; it’s bad Customer Service will make promises not honored, lead you on & make you wait.
