Beautiful dresses, frustrating user experience
The dresses we ordered for try-on were beautiful. They seemed well made, and very soft. However, the shipping was very unclear. I never received an estimated arrival date, which was stressful as we were leaving on a certain day and needed them to arrive before then, which I had understood was possible. The dresses did arrive the afternoon before we left, however just not having an arrival date made things harder. The app is also annoying at different points; if you click from one dress listing to another, you have to click the back arrow many times just to get back to the search or account pages. The nav bar of main location items ought to remain in place all the time, instead of disappearing on certain pages. But the dresses are lovely, and we do plan on ordering some to use!
