Hannibal MO A cleaning deposit of $100.00 was charged when I checked in. I requested it be returned on check out. I asked for no service after watching them clean the room so poorly that I had to re clean the room to make it livable. Dirty mop water on the floors, splashing toilet water around and claiming to clean the toilet. No attempt to clean the sink , counters or tub. I bought supplies and cleaned them myself. The cleaners would yell at us through the door when we said we didn’t need cleaning. They threatened us with being thrown out because they wanted to have them come in snd throw water around every couple days . We repeatedly said we would clean the room. We left after the threats.
