ThinkLouder’s CSM course with Rick Waters
ThinkLouder’s CSM course with Rick was excellent — clear, engaging, and very informative. Rick broke down the Scrum framework in a way that was easy to understand and apply, while also making the sessions interactive and enjoyable. What really stood out was how practical the course felt. Rick connected theory to real-world examples, and that made a huge difference in my ability to remember and apply the concepts. It’s no surprise that so many of my fellow classmates have already passed the exam — his teaching method clearly works! I walked away from the course feeling confident, well-prepared, and inspired. I passed my exam with 100%, and I can’t thank Rick and ThinkLouder enough. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to pursue their CSM certification.
