Outstanding Customer Service
I am very pleased with the excellent and outstanding service RJ and his team from eManualonline has provided. The purchase and the delivery was instant. I have had issue on some pages that had bad prints and thought sending an email not expecting much. I was totally wrong. RJ was communicating with me right away and sent me another alternative to the manual that was above what i was expecting. He provided me with a software application type and offer to even remote in to my machine if i needed assistance on how to install and operate the application. All free of charge. I have been in post sales business for over 32 years and have not seen this amazing engagement and dedication. eManualonlive does truly beleive in customer satisfaction and are willing to take it to the next level to make it happen.
