I completed the bonus wagering requirements at JoCasino and the system confirmed it by converting my bonus into real money (€125). I then requested a withdrawal – but it was rejected. Support claimed I “violated the terms” because I used the Bonus Buy feature. However, this rule is not mentioned clearly in their terms and conditions. I never bet more than €0.10 per spin – Bonus Buy just triggers a feature, it doesn’t change the stake. The system allowed it, no warning was shown, and the bonus was marked as completed. When I asked for clarification, the support agent just repeated “Bonus Buy is a bet” and refused to point out where this is stated in the rules. No transparency, no fairness, no real help. I feel misled and disappointed. I’ve already filed complaints with licensing authorities and consumer protection platforms.
