I am writing to seek assistance with an unauthorized recurring charge. Despite uninstalling the application and attempting to cancel my subscription within a few days of use, I continue to be charged $13 weekly. The subscription does not appear in my Google Payments subscription center, making it impossible to manage or cancel through the normal channel. Furthermore, my attempts to contact the company's customer service have gone unanswered. I believe these continuing charges are illegitimate. I request immediate termination of the subscription and a full refund for all charges processed after my cancellation attempt. If this is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter to my bank and the relevant consumer protection authorities
