Run from this company, they are criminals
If I could rate this company with NEGATIVE 5 stars, I would. They are criminals. First of all, the semiglutide pills did not work for my husband or myself. Ok, no big deal, they don't work for everyone. We began trying to cancel our subscriptions for the medication back in December of 2024. They continued to bill us as useless medication began stacking up around the house. In February of 2025, we chatted with them, emailed them and spoke with someone on the phone. We believed that FINALLY the subscription was cancelled. Now, September2025 we just received an email saying that the medication is on its way and that $832.00 would be charged to our credit card. This is CRIMINAL ACTIVITY. We figure that they owe us approximately $3,000.00 for a years worth of this useless medication that we told them we did not want after the first couple months of use.
