Don't pay winnings and your own deposit after approved KYC
I have been a user of esportsbet.io since last year. Deposited 500, got the 500 bonus and took my bankroll to almost 5000. My account says 10/10 in transparent bets. After completing the bonus rollover and tried to withdraw esportsbet.io asked for KYC. This was 4th of march. From 4th of march to 21th of march sent them every document they requested. Since 21th of march they don’t answer to emails. Also the compliance at esportsbet.io email is returning as not working/existing. Do not deposit on this website. You will be scammed out of your deposit and winnings. Update: My KYC shows "Passed" in their website. I have been exchanging emails with them for the past 4 months, they didn't reply to me since 1month and a half ago when I sent the last document to have KYC Approved. But it shows in the website that it's approved. Their Discord Server was erased. History of the account is the following: 500 USDT Deposit on 2025-09-10. Got 500 USDT Bonus from them. This was to be used on Esports, meaning was an Esports Bonus, with Esports only Rollover. I completed the rollover on: 2026/02/27 (almost 7 months ago) Now it shows that I have 3362 USDT to rollover in the Cassino. The bonus was never for the Cassino, the terms accepted did not mentioned any Cassino, and the platform does not have any Cassino. Also my "Esports Clean Turnover Score" shows 9/10, which means very good score from their point of view. Scammers that don't pay winnings and your own deposit. DON'T deposit on this website.
