Dreadful customer service
I love the product, but the customer service is abysmal. I ordered a Mother's Day gift for a relative; it did not show up on the day requested. I never received an order confirmation, but my credit card was charged. After dealing with an inept AI chat agent, I switched to a live person who was almost as bad. Long wait times between responses, English was a bit off, some of the responses didn't track. He was able to tell me that the order was in for the following week, and made some suggestions about trying to move it forward, but couldn't seem to follow through. I finally called 1800Flowers, through which I had placed the order. After dealing again with an inept AI phone interface, I got a live person, who tried to help me but couldn't because the first service person had not closed out the account on the computer. He asked me to call back in 30 minutes, but as I'd already spent 45 minutes on the problem I asked him to call me instead. He promised he would. But didn't. Given how expensive the product is, particularly when you have to add in shipping and handling, I will not use them again.
