Apolone was responsive and effective in addressing an unexpected BOT issue with Spotify
Spotify has removed our tracks because of “bots”. Since Apolone is the promotion engine we have contacted Apolone to cease campaigns. Subsequently, Apolone responded right away. They refunded campaign fees and assured me that the campaign already underway will not be exposed to BOT volumes, because our track has been added to a well-trusted playlist. I appreciated Apolone's responsiveness.
