Very disappointing experience with the Bambu Lab A1 Combo I bought the Bambu Lab A1 Combo along with 8 rolls of filament. I opened the printer and used 4 of the filaments to test the machine. Unfortunately, the printer was not working properly, and despite trying several times and troubleshooting, I continued to have the same issues. Because of this, I decided to return the printer. What I found particularly disappointing was that I was not refunded for the 4 opened filaments. I understand that opened products may normally not be refundable, but in this situation, I only opened and used the filament because I needed to test the printer and find out whether it was working correctly. I don’t feel that this was my fault, as there was no other way for me to know that the printer wasn’t working properly without actually using it and testing it with the filament. I was really excited about the printer, so the whole experience was very disappointing. Unfortunately, the way the return and refund were handled has left me feeling let down, and I would think twice before purchasing from Bambu Lab again.
