No order after 2 months, no refund either
I made an order back on the 20th July. The website did pause as It processed the sale. Rather than placing the order again I emailed the company who assured me they had my order. I waited a few weeks and still hadn't received anything. When I emailed the company again I was told my order had been shipped. Finally just last week at the end of Aug I was told my order had been delivered. It hadn't. The day they are claiming it was delivered I was in all day as my daughter was ill. I have emailed twice now to request a full refund and still nothing.
