I paid for expedited shipping
I paid for expedited shipping well before Christmas and didn’t arrive until much later. When I called and spoke to someone about shipping specifically they insured me that it would be no issue. When I contacted them around 22 December when it still had not arrived, there was no answer for days no way to leave a message and no answer on email.
