they rushed to process my order and gave me an incomplete order
they rushed to process my order. I was told I will be allocated a manager to manager my order. As I was engaging and finalising my order design which was estimated to be delivered in 2 weeks, I receive a notification from the manager that my order has been dispatched(3 days after ordering) by the warehouse without my design. the manager tells me 3 days after my order and us engaging on the design spec that I should have loaded the design on the website when I placed the order. the manager failed to tell me this when I sent the design to them directly the next day after ordering. If you have custom orders that require further engagement , don't bother with them. they will cost you shipping costs for the package and the return of it . I am so disappointed in this store. I am at a loss for words considering the money I lost to an order I now cant use and cant afford to return my purchase.
