Great Gaming Marketplace
So this marketplace is quite big, covers lots of game. I used to sell genshin impact account here but now I'm selling grow a garden pets. Life as a seller here was quite good, quick listing, good notification, and not that big of a tax (I used to think it was quite big but now it's not cause you can lower it by becoming a bigger seller). The customer service also good, I suggest you join the discord server and reach out to someone called Gumiho. The only thing that they can fix more is that the refund system, they should make it takes more time or same time like how they hold the seller funds. Below text was before I got a real support from them, it was kinda bad from me but they got someone more experienced to take care of my report. Props to them, good recovery! Past Experience : This is literally the worst marketplace ever. BIG TAX and bad service. I was selling pet from grow a garden game. Did the delivery as the buyer told me, but before that he asked me to make another listing of a combination with another pet. After the buyer got the pet from me. I checked the delivery to delivered, next day the buyer told the marketplace that he got scammed, which is a false accusation. I emailed zeusx and told what happened WITH PROOF that I gave the pet. After 8 hours of sending the email, I got a reply said that they refunded the buyer, without even asking me first about what happened. Now my money is gone and also my pet which was above 100$. GGS pls dont sell at this place Edit : I got a reply after reaching out from their discord server. Now got a real customer support from an admin called Rihito. I'll see how it goes first then update my review again.
