Printer arrived with errors and broken parts out of the box. Sent customer service an email with my order number and lots of images, and they respond asking me for my order number… two more days and still don’t have a reply from these unprofessional morons. Absolutely horrible customer service and quality control as a company. Their own worker broke two pieces on my printer during assembly and then shipped it that way!
