Great customer service
From the advertisement, I got the impression that these were near indestructible. Mine took a fall from about 2 feet onto some gravel and did crack. It did save my iPhone screen, but from the advertisements, I saw it seemed that the protective cover should have survived this short fall. Regardless of this, the company has been very helpful with their customer service. They’ve been very responsive and thorough and comprehensive. This I do appreciate. They are sending me a replacement for the one that broke.
